Return & Exchange Policy
At Baloshi.in, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects
– If you receive a defective product due to a manufacturing issue, you are eligible for an exchange.
– A mandatory unboxing video must be provided as proof of the defect.
– The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
– Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
Size Exchanges
– If you wish to exchange a product due to a size issue, you can do so by paying a *delivery fee of ₹200*. – The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. – The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
