Returns & Exchanges
At BALOSHI, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered.
Items must be returned in their original state — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
All pieces are quality-checked; however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours at support@baloshi.com with your order details and clear images.
Once verified, a replacement will be arranged. Claims beyond this window will not be considered.

PRINT CARE
Do not iron directly on the print.
Iron inside out only.
DRYING
Do not dry in direct sunlight.
Dry in shade.
