When you place an order through the BALOSHI website, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

9. Returns & Exchanges

BALOSHI offers eligible returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must generally be:

A standard ₹149 fee will be deducted to cover return courier and handling charges.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every BALOSHI piece undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

BALOSHI garments should be cared for according to the care instructions provided on the product and our Wash Care page.

Recommended care includes:

\nDo not bleach\n
\nDo not tumble dry\n
\nDo not wring\n
\nDo not iron directly on the print\n
\nIron inside out only\n
\nDry in shade\n
\nAvoid drying in direct sunlight\n

Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may affect the fabric, shape, colour, or printed artwork of the garment.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the BALOSHI website is owned by or licensed to BALOSHI unless otherwise stated.
